Thank you for your support! This way of meeting our customers’ needs is fairly new to us and we appreciate your patience and support as we navigate this service.
We ask that you make a minimum order of $30.00 for this service, as it is only being offered bi-weekly. Purchasing a ‘package’ is the best way to help us keep our produce moving and helps us plan ahead for seeding and cutting requirements. Extras are available to choose if you wish to add to your package. Custom orders will also be accepted if they total a minimum of $30.00.
Orders can be made beginning the Monday prior to delivery and must be made no later than 6pm, the Wednesday prior to delivery. Delivery dates are being changed to SUNDAY: Sunday May 10th and May 24th, and all times for pick up will be in the afternoon. The time will be determined by your specific pick-up location.
We encourage you to order early when possible as all produce is in limited quantities and packages will be packed on a’ first ordered’ basis.
You will receive an email response from us confirming your order before or on Thursday. Once confirmation has been received we ask for payment, either cash at pick-up or via email transfer, to sunrise-gardens@hotmail.com.
Please contact us directly if you are unable to pay cash or through online banking.
On delivery day we ask that you arrive at your specified location on time. We are allowing for a 10 minute window to make the drop off and prefer to be running on time throughout the day. If for some reason you are unable to be at your chosen location please call or text Kate at 780 – 721-3346 to make other arrangements.
Pickup at the farm will be on Fridays between 2-3 pm. Directions will be sent along with your order confirmation. This is a drive-up service, we will bring your order to your vehicle.
It is important that we maintain the recommended physical distance whenever possible, so we are asking you to approach the big yellow van one at a time. We will set up a small table to the side of the van, please wait for your order there. All orders will be pre-packed in new paper bags (made from recycled material).
