We specialize in growing year-round greens (i.e. shoots, microgreens and wheatgrass) and high quality vegetables and fruits during the somewhat short Alberta growing season. We have 3 greenhouses operating currently, so we effectively extend the growing season 6 to 8 weeks in both summer and fall. We tend to change up our field crops year to year so keep an eye out for the updated harvest list.
